The strength of cannabis is defined by its contence of delta 9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), its most important active ingredient.
In the contrary of the general believe there is no proof that products who are sold today would be 10 to 20 times stronger than a few decades ago, this according to the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction.
