Urgent: Request for a grant on marijuana campaign in Nepal

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

In the name of 26th june, 09 in Nepal, alliance of drivers, individual & groups of people of different colors organized 25-30car/taxi peace rally in kathmandu cities to advocate for affordable tax-legal, educate & regulate marijuana as well as its use for regional & national level for development mission We take this initiation and action 1st time in Nepal from 26 june. 2009 with the aim & objective of this campaign is to open public debate on the current drug scenario.

To make this campaign successful at all levels, initially we urgently need to establish in action of public information center in tourist area in thamel-977, kathmandu, Nepal because still need to provide update education, information for those who use/smoke marijuana. Nepal was a country where marihuana was a legal till 1973s. And currently, in example; global economic crisis affects directly or indirectly in the developing countries, if we promote, educate of marijuana for its development use, we can easily fight with global economic crisis etc... As well as the country tourism will also increase. It means development of Nepal. For this action we need good policy & programme in our own country and jointly response from national, sub-regional, regional and international level. Let’s support & join this campaign.
